Volume five only of the series "De hundra Böckerna". Limited edition of 120 copies (numb. 75 on Japanese paper). With epilogue by E.O. Arenander. This handbook on household management for young Swedish noblemen was originally written between 1581 and 1585 by the Swedish statesman Per Brahe the Elder (1520-1590) and spread in manuscript copies before it was first printed in 1677 at the private press of the author's grandson, Count Per Brahe the Younger (1602-1680). It contains detailed instructions for a noble upbringing. Borders of inner front cover surrounded by following gilt inscription: "jag har ställt denna vackra svenska bok i mitt bokskäp till minne av Prins Leopolds och den graciösa Prinsessan Astrijds festliga intäg i Liege och deras besök i invalidhemmet den 6 May 1928" (i.e. in memory of the festive entry of Prince Leopold and Princess Astrid into Liège and their visit to the disability home on 6 May 1928).
