24 x 25 cm, with seal and signature of the painter (yellowing, stains some foxing on borders, little pin holes in the corners, tears on borders).
Okuhara Seiko (1837-1913) - 2 prints: Snipe in marsh; Sandpiper. Okura Seiko was the daughter of a Samurai, leading an unconventional life and became a notable literati and exponent of the Kano School. Earlier in her career, she renounced the name of Setsuko and replaced it with Seiko, a name that implied no specific gender.-- Ohara Koson (1877-1945) - 2 prints: Two geese under full moon; Night heron on willow branch (upper border glued to underlaid paper).
