Ed. by the Swedish classical scholar Johannes Schefferus (1621-1679) of Obsequens' curious work on omens and supernatural events that took place in Rome between 249 and 12 B.C., mainly based on Livy. With a supplement by the German humanist C. Lycosthenes (Wolffhart 1518-1561). This ed. was also issued in Sweden with the address "Stockholm, J. Beuns". Engr. frontisp. Woodcut mark on title.
