Atlas only with 18 coloured lithogr. anatomical plates "à la proportion demi-nature et quelquefois de grandeur naturelle" by the French painter and lithographer N.H. Jacob (1782-1871). Being a part of the rare work by the French medical doctor J.-M. Bourgery (1797-1849). The plates were meant to be used in medical schools and hospitals and are often in a used state.
