Design for a Neo-Gothic stained-glass window, depicting John the Baptist recognising Christ as the Messiah. Attributed on the verso to "Lecomte", who can possibly be identified as Adolphe Lecomte (1850-1921), a Dutch artist and teacher at the Polytechnical School in Delft. He was befriended with the stained-glass artist Jan Schouten (1852-1937), for whom he delivered several designs.
