Old blind-decorated leather, gilt spine on 6 raised bands, a.e.g., marbl. endpapers (rubbed, joints split, gilding soiled). Good copy.
Rare Louvain edition (1st 1543) of an extensive collection of saints’ lives by the Italian Cardinal Lippomano (1500-1559). Woodcut mark on title, part title, and at the end. Ref.
