Contemp. mottled sheep, gilt-orn. spine, red edges (head and tail missing, corners bumped, some rubbing).

Practical treatise (1st 1691) on details of a building from a business point of view (the cost and measurement, etc.) by the French architect Bullet (1639-1716). Ill. with a front., 13 pl., 2 fold. tables and numerous in-text woordcuts.
