12mo: 330 [incl. engr. title]-[6] pp. (sl. age-toned, upper corner of engr. title missing, foxing).
Contemp. red morocco entirely decorated with a gilt semé of fleurs-de-lys ruled with a double-fillet, 19th-c. marbled endpapers, gilt edges (head and tail skilfully repaired).
Edition with the commentaries of Hugo Grotius, in fine, and Thomas Farnaby, surrounding the text. Illustrated with an engr. title.
