Important collection by the Brabant lawyer Wouters (1705-1755) of the legislation on trade in the Spanish and Austrian Netherlands, 1670-1737. Printed in 2 col. "Title edition of the Brussel edition by Georgius I Fricx from 1737 [...] The original Fricx imprint has been pasted over with a new imprint mentioning Josephus Ermens. Like the original imprint, the new imprint is dated 1737. This is impossible since Josephus Ermens was active as a bookseller in Brussel between 1775 and 1792" (STCV).
