Limited edition to 230 copies on Arches paper printed in Vale (unnumb. copy). With 1 five-colour wood-engraved ill. by Lucien Pissarro, 2 borders, 3 ornaments, and pressmark in b/w, one initial in red. This edition of "Aucassin & Nicolette" has been printed from the edition published by Macmillan & Co in 1897 and been seen through the press and revised by the editor Francis William Bourdillon. This is the last book printed in the Vale Type at the Eragny Press. The following works are all printed in the Brook type, designed by Lucien Pissarro and cut by E.P. Prince.
