4to: [30 incl. front.]-384 pp. (portrait, pp. 385-456, table and errata missing; tear skilfully strengthened to a3, marg. damp stains, one stain and tear without loss to a4, some extended dampstaining, sm. tear strengthened to 1st pl., ink stain to Ee, some marg. spotting or soiling).
Orig. cardboard, ink-titled flat spine (spine detached, front flyleaf loose). Untrimmed copy.
First edition of this work by Marmora, member of an old Corfiot family. Ill. with a front., 3 maps on double-page (Corfu, Corfu fortress and Cherssopolis/Palaeopolis), 5 pl. of coins (one in-text, 1 on double p. and 3 full-pages).
