Folio, 17 etchings, ca. 40,4 x 26,1 cm, laid paper, signed at bottom left: "Ed. Bouchardon del." and right: "Huquier Sculp.", different addresses at bottom: "AParis chés J. Fr. Chereau, rue des Mathurins aux 2 Pilliers d'Or. APDR." and "AParis chez Huquier rue St. Jacque, au coin de la rue des Mathurins, avec privil. du Roi." (very light foxing, some sm. light stains, traces of stamps on title plate).

Good impressions with wide margins. Bound in contemp. half vellum spine (very used, parts missing).

Complete copy with title plate, introduction, 14 anatomical plates and legend. Drawing manual on the bones and muscles of the human body by Gabriel Huquier (1695-1772) after Edmé Bouchardon (1698-1762).
