Nice table artfully arranged in a fan shape, perhaps made by one of the two brothers, with on the left the ancestors over 6 generations of the father, Amand Limnander de Nieuwenhove (1767-1831), issued from a family of lawyers of the County of Flanders, ennobled in 1683; on the right those (with some blanks) of the mother, the French Countess Elmire Malet de Coupigny (1789-1821). On the bottom of the table, the family's large coat of arms. The captions are presented in cartouches framed in the shape of mantles with pavilions. Armand (1814-1892) was a composer and founder of chamber ensembles, settled in Paris in 1847 as opera composer. His brother Victor (1816-1897) and himself were made barons by King Leopold II in 1871.
