First edition of this European history from the sack of Rome by the Visigoths in 410 until 1442, with additions by the Neapolitan-born Giannantonio Campano. Blondus (1392-1463) conceived a larger work but he died before he could accomplish it and only wrote the first 3 decades and the first book of the fourth, based only on accurate primary sources.
