Rare devotional work by H. Rosweyde (1569-1629), a collection of texts on Maria. Printed for Paets, a catholic printer in the Dutch Republic. Title within architectural woodcut border and many large woodcuts (50+) by Chr. van Sichem the Younger showing the life of Mary and other female Saints. Woodcut end- and headpieces. Printed within woodcut border, in roman and Gothic type.
