The series depicts the entry of Holy Roman Emperor Leopold I (1640-1705) and the celebrations in Brussels after his victory over the Turks in the Siege of Buda in 1686. The following scenes are included: 1. Title plate with an allegory of the victories of Leopold I ("DIVO et INVICTISSIMO LEOPOLDO I.") (wormholes). - 2. Celebrations on the Petit Sablon (small parts missing at top left, right and bottom right). - 3. Preparations in the palace courtyard (wormholes). - 4.
