Contemp. mottled calf, gilt orn. spines with 5 raised bands (joints rubbed, sm. def. at head), red leather title labels, red edges. Very good copy.
Standard work on the history of Mechelen and its churches. Very interesting are the hundreds of inscriptions on tombstones, furniture, bells, etc. Enriched with a fine drawing of St. Rumbold's Tower pasted on flyleaf.
