Drawing, brush and brown wash, 14 x 20 cm, laid paper, signed "Fragonard" at lower left corner (paper reinforced around edges on verso, some damp stains at centre, sm. brown spots near right edge).
Under passe-partout.
Landscape drawing with farmers mowing the wheat fields with in the far background a church and a mill. The style and signature correspond to that of Alexandre-Évariste Fragonard (1780-1850), son of Jean-Honoré.
