The Journal of Livingstone 1865-1873, with narrative by Chuma and Susi during his last moments. Horace Waller was associated with Livingstone in the 1850's in the Zambezi. After Stanley succeeded in discovering Livingstone, the journals were given to Waller for publication. Waller himself was well-known for his vigorous anti-slavery campaign. This ed. (1st 1874) includes 45 pl. (21 full-pages) and 2 folding maps.
