Held by the sides (not glued) under passe-partout.

Sketches for "L'inondation", 1928 (Sylvester I, 254) and "Le miroir universel", 1938 or 1939 (Sylvester II, 465) and other smaller designs. Note in pencil "croquis de mon mari René Magritte" signed "Georgette Magritte" on one side, some pencil notes "Lundi" and an addition on the same side.
