First edition illustrated with an engraved title and 78 topographical views of the rivers Thames and Medway in England, set in elegant decorative borders and engraved after the drawings of the English artist William Tombleson (1795 - ca. 1846). Also, with some illustrations in-text. Historical descriptions by W.G. Fearnside.
