First published in February 1781 by the Genevan banker and finance minister to Louis XVI J. Necker (1732-1804) who took the unprecedented step of making public the state of France's finances. Includes the large table with revenues and expenses, as well as the "Tableau des gabelles" (a very unpopular tax on salt in France), and the "Tableau des traités". Rare 1781 ed. with 122 pp.
