A rare early drawing by the Belgian artist Armand Heins (1856-1938), made at the age of thirty. Shortly after his studies at the Ghent Art Academy, Heins travelled to Paris and Italy. After his return he captured the travel impressions in watercolours, drawings and etchings. This drawing can be seen as part of these artistic travel impressions.
