First edition of this anthology of works by the Baroque era German author Zeiller (1589-1661), whose productivity - with at least 90 works authored by him - was celebrated by his contemporaries. Zeiller, best known for his contribution to Matthäus Merian's "Topographia Germaniae" (16 vol., 1642-1654), could be considered the archetypal of the Baroque polymath. Printed in Gothic type.
