Complete set of engravings from the Passion series by Goltzius, in which the artist skilfully combined the artistic styles of exemplary Netherlandish and German printmakers such as Lucas van Leyden and Albrecht Dürer. The series was dedicated on the first plate to Cardinal Frederico Borromeo. A 17th-c copy.
