Nice album of a cruise on "Le Champollion" to the Orient made by the Belgian Gaston Wyns. Some photos taken on board (games, repose, masked ball, etc.), but mostly photos of the places where disembarkation took place: Tripoli, Alexandria, Cairo, Giza, Saqqara, Jaffa, Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Beirut, Baalbek, Istanbul, Bosphorus, Rhodes, Athens, Eleusis, Corfu, Stromboli, Naples, Pompei and Corsica. Some animated scenes of Arab merchants, a sorcerer, veiled women, a marriage, a funeral, etc.
