Sixth book printed by the Hours Press. Edition limited to 200 copies (n. 98 signed by the author). "Mes souvenirs" is composed of "three enchanting literary essays [...] expressely written for me [i.e. Nancy Cunard] [...] an honor that grew the more in my eyes after reading with what freshness and personality he had written these pages on Veraline, on "Bohemian Chelsea", and on the Indian poetes, Sarojini Chattopadhya, in "The Magic of the East"" (Cunard, These were the Hours, p. 67).
