In Latin, brown ink on vellum, 9 x 24,5 cm (seals lacking, sl. soiled).
Deed executed before the aldermen Willemus vanden Heetvelde and Michael t'Serarnts between Elizabeth Moertgaets and her husband Petrus vander Brugghen (the sellers) and Franconus vanden Poele. The document is countersigned by the alderman Arnold vander Eycken.
Joined, two 17th-c. French manuscript grants on vellum delivered by the King in Brussels, written in brown ink: 1. Permission for selling 1 house and 1 meadow in Cocriamont, 15 July 1681. Ca. 17 x ca. 58 cm (sl. soiled, seal cut off). - 2. Permission for selling 1 house, 1 garden and 1 inheritance in Nivelles, 29 October 1648. Ca. 19,5 x 41 cm (sl. soiled, seal broken). (3 pcs)
