2nd world map by Nicolaas Visscher for insertion in a Dutch Bible. Double hemisphere surrounded by allegorical scenes which are "more polished and artistic than those of his 1st world map" (Shirley). With solar system diagrams. Ref. Shirley, World 431 p. 451.
