Remarkable set of photos taken by an unknown photographer showing the life near his home, probably at Boninne, and the Namur and Hainaut area. Most of all rural scenes showing children with a wheelbarrow, country roads, children collecting hay and firewood, a boy with a dog cart, but also a man playing the clarinet in front of the house of the photographer (cfr. caption). Views of Hyon, Marche-les-Dames, Pommeroeul, Mons, children in Ciply, the installation of a telephone line in Emines.
