Dubois dEnghien on the state of bookbinding in Belgium in the interbellum years, esp. on Charles de Samblanx: autograph or typed letters and postcards, newspaper cuttings, manuscript notes etc. Some correspondents: C. Gaudissart, Fr. Lauters, H. Wilbertz; cuttings from La Gazette, Pourquoi Pas?; manuscript copy of a fragment from G. Petits “Souvenirs dun bibliophile” (1942) etc. With a rare poster, dated 21 September 1914 (!) announcing the new term of the Brussels École professionnelle de reliure & de dorure dart. Some items loosely inserted, i.a. the auction catalogue of the library of Francis Lauters, sold 29-31 Jan. 1948 (Blogie I:454). Collectors stamp.
