Complete second edition of this school atlas with 6 historical and geographical tables, a double hemispherical world map, 6 maps of the Ancient World and 13 modern maps: 5 continental maps of Europe, Asia, Africa and 2 of America, 5 maps of the British Isles, Russia, Germany, Turkey and Italy, and 3 maps of France, one of these being Lapie's folio map of the 108 departments. Antoine François Tardieu, the engraver, signed with "Pierre" in his youth, hence the initials "P.F." Ref. Philips 706.
