Oil on canvas, 77,7 x 61,8 cm (visible), inscription on envelope "a cher et féal le / Bourgemaitre de Cartier / Conseillier de ma Chambre / Trésorier / Géneral" (few retouchings, few losses on edges)
Large portrait with in the background his coat of arms and the dates when he was mayor, i.e. 1702 and 1715.
