Later revised and corrected edition. Woodcuts each accompanied by a caption and a text in French, in a full-page decorated frame. The drawings are attributed to Jean Cousin. Title in red & black. Separate title for the N.T. Pp. 159-160 do not exist (Bibles Paris). Despite the many announced defects, this series of engravings remains appreciable. Our title is dated "M.DC.LXXXVII.". We do not find this edition in Bibles Paris which mentions in an extended description only the ed. of 1688 similar with the work, despite all faults, we present here.
