Under passe-partout and frame.
Nice view of the city hall, with a busy market in front. Drawn by Cooper in 1828, lithographed by de la Cour and published by Dewasme-Pletinckx for S. Avanzo. Cooper, mostly known for his landscapes, lived in Brussels between 1827 and 1831.
