Lot description
Chromolithograph, 91,8 x 60,8 cm (visible), wove paper, stone signed (few spots, light damp stains on edges, sm. tears, mostly marg., and sm. creases).
Laid down on hardboard, framed.
Mons invited the British Allies, who participated at the Battle of Mons in August 1914, to visit its old monuments of the 13th, 15th and 18th c., its historic battlefields of 1914-1918 and 1940-1945, etc.
