Lot description
Lith. on 3 sheets, 20 x 165 cm visible (some tears without loss, few light brown stains and traces from older restorations).
Framed (not studied outside frame).
Rare and very large panoramical view of Brussels seen from above the Place Royale, in the direction of the town hall, with the Church of Our Blessed Lady of the Sablon, the Palace of the Academies, etc. Cooper, mostly known for his landscapes, lived in Brussels between 1827 and 1831.
