Lot description
1. Klary [i.e. Clerbois - Klary Madame L. & Fils] - Portrait. Early 20th c. Silver print?, 14,2 x 10 cm, signed in the pl., other mention in the pl. crossed out, pasted on thick support cardboard. Ref. Directory of photographers in Belgium, p. 87. - 2. Portrait of Arthur De Greef and Emile Bosquet. 1898. Albumen print, 9,6 x 14,4 cm, unsigned, pasted on thick paper. Emile Bosquet received his music training at the Brussels Conservatory with, among others, Arthur De Greef. During his studies he won several first prizes, incl. for solfège, theoretical harmony and virtuosity (the latter in 1898, the year of this portrait).
