Contemp. calf, large gilt coat of arms on covers, spine with raised bands (rubbed at edges, joints split, head and tail def.). Good copy.
Extensive collection of letters by and to the Mechelen-born humanist Longolius (1490-1522), including Erasmus, Flaminius, Bembo. With an additional treatise on literary imitation. Woodcut mark on title. Printed in italics.
