Good impressions. Laid down on paper (c. 29,6 x 20,9 cm), in 18th-c. vellum with gilt flat spine (sl. used).

Large group of Bible illustrations used in P. Geronimo Nadal's "Evangelicae historiae imagines" (1st ed. 1593) and "Adnotationes et meditationes in Evangelia" (1st ed. 1594), published in Antwerp from 1593 to 1736. Probably from an early ed. given the good impressions. Mostly after designs by Bernardino Passeri (c. 1540-1590) who was active in Rome.
