Lot description
Charcoal, 47,5 x 82 cm, wove paper 50 x 84 cm, signed and dated in charcoal (marg. tears, top right corner missing, large tear at middle left repaired).
Symbolist landscape depicting Pandora seated on a rock with her box, another female figure admires her apparition. Foller (1869-1938) was a Belgian painter from Liège inspired by the English Pre-Raphaelite school.
