Early Lyon ed. of the 1st ethnographic compendium of the Early Modern period in Europe, compiled by the German humanist canon of Ulm Cathedral Johann Böhm (1485-1534). It also offers a compact history and geography of the world, esp. of European countries, but there are also chapters on Africa and Asia. Printed in italics. Woodcut mark on title.
