Drawing, black chalk, 42,5 x 26,5 cm, laid paper, unsigned (sm. repair at top left corner, very sl. soiled at upper edge and bottom left corner).
Nice wooden frame (not studied outside frame). Good condition.
Accomplished drawing after the sheet in Paris (Louvre, inv. 20195). The original drawing is a study for the last painted self-portrait by Peter Paul Rubens (1577-1640) from ca. 1638-1640 in Vienna (Kunsthistorisches Museum, inv. 527).
