2 drawings, brown ink, ca. 11,1 x 11,1 cm (visible), laid paper, both signed and dated at bottom: "A. Overlaet f. 1772" (sl. browned on edges, 1 with spot).
Under passe-partout and frame (not studied outside frame).
2 tondo pen drawings by the Antwerp Antoine Overlaet (1720-1774). He was a skilled draughtsman who specialized in copies after Dutch & Flemish prints and who mimicked the distinct style of engravings in his refined drawings.
