First ed. of this monumental work by Geerlof Suikers (1669-1717) of church and world history, with descriptions of many cities, kings, people, countries and noble families. It contains an engr. front. by Jan Wandelaar (1690-1759), 4 folding engr. maps and 99 engr. in-text.
