Jean Milo ps. of Émile Van Gindertael (Saint-Josse-ten-Noode 1906-1993), a Belgian painter, poet, essayist and novelist. He was director of the Belgian gallery Le Centaure. As a painter, he was influential to Edgard Tytgat and helped to found the "Art abstrait" group in 1952.
