Contemp. limp vellum, remains of ties (endpapers lifted). Good copy.
Extr. rare issue (2nd recorded copy) of this ed. of Terence’s plays with a French translation by Jean Bourlier (16th c.) and notes by Marc Antoine Muret (1526-1585). It was printed by Pierre Hury and sold by no less than 11 Paris booksellers including Jean Le Bouc. Woodcut mark on title.
