58 drawings, graphite and grey wash, 20 x 16 cm, Whatman wove paper, one signed "E. Burrow designed" at lower left (some sm. stains).
Interesting collection of study drawings, made after a wide variety of animals. Most likely recorded observations by an English draftsman in London Zoo, the world's oldest scientific zoo since 1828.
