Extr. rare copy of the Deventer edition of Erasmus' commentary on the Lord's Prayer, composed at the request of the German diplomat and merchant Jostus Ludovicus Decius (1485-1545), to whom the text is dedicated (Allen 1393). Title printed within an elaborate woodcut border, that recalls those used by Froben in Basel. Zuseler, who had Lutheran sympathies, was the stepbrother of the printer Albert Pafraet and ran his printing business from 1523 till 1525.
