Lot description

2 linocuts, 31,1 x 38,5 cm and 27,4 x 47 cm, thin vellum paper, signed and numbered 5/10 and 10/10 in pencil.

De Grave (b. 1923) was a prolific Belgian artist in the 1950s to 1970s, who also created theater designs and numerous book-illustrations. His greatest influences were George Minne, Oscar Jespers and Jozef Cantré.
